Hello, my loves. Monie here to apologize for that lack in admissions in the group. i was gone for a few days on vacation. A vacation that turned into extra stress because my sister was admitted to the hospital. I did not have time to check the submissions like I usually do, which is daily. My other admins were also busy. So I do apologize for that, but I would like you all to know, the limit doesn't expire for a month, so you don't really have to worry about expiration. I know some members like instant admission, but to keep the folders correct, there is an approval stage.
Please be patient with us, dears. There are quite a few of you now, and only a few of us. Now, merry late Christmas to those who celebrate and happy New Year's to all of you.

Why Is Your Work Being Declined?
This is a really easy question to answer: the work is not being placed in the right folder.
The two biggest issues are mature content and fanart. Mature content belongs in mature content no matter what medium it is.
Now for fanart. I don't have the time, nor do any of the staff, to check every artist comment section or all of the tags or other groups you submit to. I have an easy method that tells me on deviations if they've been placed in the fan art section or not. We don't know every character. It's impossible. Check out the example down below:

Reiteration of Rules and Other Such Things
Hello, dears.
I know some of the staff here haven't been as active as well could be. I'd been hoping to have perhaps had more help, though I am appreciative of what I have. Why I'm making this journal now is to reiterate some of our rules.
The most important one I tend to find broken that results in your work being declined is something submitted to the wrong folder. If your work is mature content in any way, especially if it needs a tag, it belongs in the Mature Content folder. No arguing with staff or anything of the like. That's where it goes.

It seems to be heading our way, slated to hit around Monday night. Rococospade and I both live in the path of the storm though she may be further north before it hits. Submissions may slow to a crawl.
